  • 3 baby watermelons, cubed with no rind
  • 3 Persian cucumbers, chopped
  • 15 basil leaves, torn
  • 9 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup green onions, finely sliced into rings
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 6 watermelon halves (left over from the Watermelon Agua Fresca)
