  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup strongly brewed black tea
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons strongly brewed black tea
