How the Grinch Stole Christmas: A Holiday Party
WHO HASH a.k.a potato latkes!!!!!!!!!
When Natasha was young this was her most favorite food. It still is high on the list. I challenge you to find someone who finds a beautifully constructed delicious potato pancake unappealing…CHALLENGE…
Who Hash Directions
Run the onion and the potatoes through a food processor to create short thin strands. Put the mixture into a colander and squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible! Transfer the onion and potatoes to a bowl and add the salt and eggs.
Fill a large pan with 1 inch of oil. Create very tight pancake removing the extra moisture with your hands and fry the potato pancake in the oil. When you see the bottom side browning, flip over the pancake and fry the other side.
Place all of these ingredients into a pot and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Once the apples are just falling apart, use a potato masher to cream the sauce and serve hot, or cold!
I’m getting hungry JUST thinking about them….
