Like Stars on Earth: A Bollywood Dinner Party
This dessert beverage is fantastic, guaranteed to be your new summer staple. Unless you have a SUPER big blender you’ll probably have to make this in two batches!
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add extra cardamom to taste. Garnish with pistachios!
- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- ½ cup agave nectar
- 4 cups frozen, unsweetened mango pulp
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 12 ice cubes
- 1/3 cup roasted, salted pistachios, shelled and crushed
