  • 2/3 cup minus 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated nutmeg or 1/4 teaspoon dried nutmeg
  • maraschino cherries
