  • 4  organic chicken breasts
  • Soy Vay Teriyaki Sauce
Sautéed Veggies:
  • 1 cup  green beans, sliced in 1 inch pieces
  • 5 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minsed
  • ½ inch ginger root, minsed
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • ½ head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • olive oil
Miso Ginger Carrot Dressing
  • 2 large carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • sesame seeds (optional)
