  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • ¼ yellow onion
  • 2 lb chicken breast tenders
  • Olive oil for cooking
Wrap:
  • 3 cups Agent Coulson Coleslaw
  • 6 rounds of naan or pita bread
  • 10 oz hummus (optionally blended with parsley!)
  • Sriracha
  • 1 italian eggplant, thinly sliced
  • Tin foil
  • Olive oil
