Gotham Green Mint Shake
If you’re looking for a new favorite summer treat, we’ve got you covered with this delicious twist on a mint chip milkshake. It is sweet, flavorful, and rich…but you won’t guess that the richness is actually the healthiest part! This shake is creamy from fresh, healthy California avocados!
Blend together the soy milk, dates, and salt in a blender. Then add in the avocado and fresh mint. When all of the ingredient are very smooth, add the ice. At the very end add the chocolate bar, garnish with chocolate sauce if desired! Serves 6.
- 2 cups soy vanilla ice cream
- 4 pinches of salt
- 6 dates, pitted
- 2 cups vanilla soy milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 avocado, pitted without skin
- 1 Green & Blacks Mint Dark Chocolate Bar, broken into bits
- ½ cup fresh mint organic chocolate sauce (optional)
