Recipe Instructions
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit out for about 15 minutes. Once the ice cream has softened, measure the ice cream and vodka into a glass measuring cup or bowl. Stir quickly with a spoon until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Spoon the ice cream mixture into 6 shot glasses, leaving about a centimeter of space on top. Let the mixture settle for a minute, and then carefully spoon your high-proof alcohol into each glass. Make sure the alcohol sits on top of the ice cream like a shelf, about ¼ of a centimeter high.
Close the caps on your alcohol bottles and put them away. Wipe down any spills and wash your hands to make sure there’s nothing flammable on your skin. Use the lighter to carefully light each shot on fire. It’s fun to turn the lights out to see the blue flames more easily! After about 10 seconds carefully blow the flames out. Wait a few seconds for the glasses to cool, and then, bottoms up!
